First, draw whatever you'd like in your document. You can use any tool and it can be anything you'd like it to be! Make sure it isn't too big, though.
Click on the selection tool and make sure the transparency option is selected. Then, select the drawing you previously made.
Finally, hold shift and move around your selected brush. Viola! You made a custom brush. It's easy, and everyone can do it!
