This tutorial is really simple but effective. Open a new document in Paint, make it a farley bigish page.

Get two colors that match (ex: Blue & Yellow). Click with your right mouse button on one color and the left mouse button on another. Your pallet should look something like this:

Now, click on the paintbrush tool (ex: ) then hold down control and the + button.

Make sure you are pressing the + button on the right hand keypad. Your brush will start to get really big. Make it as big as you want your circle to be in the finish.

Then hold down control and � (make sure your using the right hand keypad again) and click on your mouse, left and right in a steady motion and you should come out with something like this: Click Here.) then hold down control and the + button.
