Go to [Filter>> Brush strokes>> sumi-e.] Change your settings until you get something you like. I changed mine to stroke width: 3, Stroke pressure: 3 and contrast 7.
This is how mine turned out. Doesn't it look like it was sketched or drawn? xD If you sharpen it [Filter >>Sharpen >> Sharpen] It will look a little more intense.
