Open up any image. I chose the one on the left. Now select the clone stamp tool

Make sure the settings for your clone stamp brush are similar to the ones I have on the left.
Hover over the left tire of the bike, Hold down "Alt" and while holding it down, click on the tire of the bike. Now release the alt and the click. The section that you clicked on has now been cloned and is waiting to be placed somewhere. Begin clicking around near the last tire. Click around 3 times then repeat step 2 once again (clone a different spot). The left image is my final result. You can also do this technique to make things seem as if they're shattering apart.
I went even further with effects, color circles (circled brushes set to overlay and linear dodge) and photo filters. The photo filters can be accessed by clicking on and selecting "photo filters". I sharpened the image to make it look a little more intense. [Filter >> sharpen >> sharpen]
