For this tutorial, we are going to use this image.
Okay, first sharpen this image once. Now, go to [Layer>> Duplicate >> Layer>> Properties >> Screen>> Opacity>>80] Open a new image, and fill it with the hex code #012557. Copy and Paste Layer (Ctrl L) and set the properties to exclusion
and you are done! If you want, you can add text or brushes!
