I'm going to be using the icon displayed on the left. Save this gradient Click Here.

Open up the gradient you just saved and right click and copy it. Now right click on the model icon and click on [paste>> new layer]. Make sure the gradients opacity is set to 94 and its blend mode is set to screen. It should look like this:
Now you are done, but if you want to make her a little darker make sure you are on the background layer and go to [Layers>> New Adjustment Layers>> Curves.] Input set to 79 and output 53. Now it should look like this:
