Scribble Outline

If you want to trace an image for a cool image scribble or an outline, whatever floats your boat =) So I am going to use a garfield image from google for an example.
Look for your Pen Tool, or the icon that looks like this:

Set your settings. Click here to view it.
Set your colors like mine. Click here to view it.
Now, Go to Layers-New Raster Layer. Enlarge your image to the biggest it can go, so you see the whole image. Now trace the lines of your image. My example of my final product is on the left.
This part is optional, but you can make it colorful now. I usually do it 3 ways, color in the lines, color out and in the lines, or I use it as a brush, so I can make the outline of the image different colors. For now, I am just going to color in and out of the lines. You can do this by getting your brush tool and making a layer under the outline layer, and coloring it in. My final result is on the left.
