With this tutorial. You will learn how to image slice layouts. If your layouts are normally huge in size and take a while to load, I really recommend you slice your images. I decided to use an icon for this tutorial, but it can be applied to any site layout.

You can go to [File >> Export >> Image Slicer] Or you can click on this icon:

The first thing you should do is determine what format you're going to save your image as: png, gif. or jpg. Once you do that, select it under format. Now, click on this button: . Once you've selected it, place your mouse over the preview there and click it. A new pop up window will appear, Grid Size, and select the amounts of rows and columns you want the image to have. I put 3 and 3.

Now, click on the eye tool. It will take you to an internet page where your icon is displayed. Right click on any white space and select view source. Copy the code and paste it on your page, site or wherever it is that you want the image to be displayed. To save the sliced images, go back to psp and within the icon preview click on save or save as. Name the file and click save.

To upload the images, look for the file and upload them at your site. Now you're done!!

Also, incase you were wondering, you can make some of the slices linkable. Simply repeat the process again, but this time, under Cell Properties place the urls, alt text and targets (if there is any). You can change the url for each cell by clicking on the cursor under the Tools option and selecting any of the cells. Have fun!!
